Negative: sending me the lock box code by text to my phone

Our family had a wonderful time in this apartment. Everything was clean, modern and well appointed. We especially loved Positive: Well appointed, clean, beautiful rooftop view.

Wonderful Hospitality Positive: Thank you, Stella, Jun, and the team, for the wonderful hospitality and arrangements during our stay in Canberra. We really liked the apartment and appreciated how well everything was organised. One small area for improvement would be the door locks. I understand the safety considerations; however, having no locks on the bathroom doors is not very practical for guests. Additionally, a 10:00 a.m. checkout time can sometimes feel a bit early for visitors. Apart from these points, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you once again. Overall good Positive: Cosy, modern. Negative: For privacy had to close curtains most of the time as apartments on opposite side to close and visible.

Nice apartment and good location! 🤍 Very clean and aesthetic. Positive: I love the place as it is near the centre and malls. Also, the staff communicates really well with us and is very accommodating. Thank you for the great service - we have a nice stay last weekend! 💕 Negative: What I didn’t like is the fact that we need to go back again inside so we can leave the keys. I hope next time we can just put bacj the key again in the lockbox and put it where we got it again - without needing to go back and forth. All in it was good 👍
