Great place, a couple of minor quirks, but still worthwhile and comfy Positive: Great location, much less external and neighbour noisy than other apartments overlooking Cooyong St. Apartment has good layout. It was super clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was straightforward, fine for small and medium size cars. Well priced too. Negative: The crockery set limited to 4 dinner plates, 4 bowls, 4 small plates and a salad bowl. Not really enough for two people. Some early morning noise for 30+ mins from the daily rubbish collection truck in the laneway, can be annoying if you’re a light sleeper. You may also want to buy a power extension lead (no power points next to the table) and dish rack (none provided!) if you’re staying for more than a week.

Comfortable Positive: Location was very good. Negative: There were some dripping noises in the bedroom.

Great value central location with included parking in Canberra Positive: Excellent location and secure guaranteed parking. The (shared) rooftop patio was great for dinner one evening with friends. The room was just as we had hoped. Negative: Having to evacuate at 2.30am due to a fire alarm wasn't great, but nothing the owners could do about that! No complaints.

Positive: Stunning unit, very comfortable and clean. In a great location. Highly recommend staying in this unit.
