Excellent location and price Positive: Excellent location right beside a shopping mall. Received mop quickly upon request. Intercom available for easy deliveries. Got a little welcome pack of cola and cereal. Dryer available with the washing machine. Extremely good value, Canberra seems to be cheaper than the other capitals. Negative: The bedroom was quite small and carpeted with not enough furniture. I had to take a coffeetable inside. There was no mop initially. The hallway had no airflow and smelled moldy. The shopping mall took up the whole view. There was some rusty water leaking from the bathroom basin edge. The duvet cover was just two bedsheets wrapped together, so I had to use the extra blanket in itself to avoid the uncovered duvet.
