Convenient location with great security and facilities Positive: The unit was styled beautifully, the laundry was very convenient with plenty of powder etc, it was really thoughtful to leave one litre of milk, an packet of organic oats and some packets of chips plus lovely toiletries really impressed me. Allowing me a later checkout to coincide with hospital discharge was very considerate, the car parking space was close to the elevator and I felt very safe staying there by myself. Negative: The lounge was very uncomfortable, too hard and rigid. Because it was raining, it was awkward to find the key safe, open it and then take the key safe off the bike chain to take it into the unit as well. I could have organised to have the key handed to me but I was staying there to be close to a hospital patient and my movements were erratic.
