The unit was very clean, quite new and had everything and more I needed, including an underground carpark space. Great convenient location to the hospital and only a three minutes walk to shops which really suited my needs Negative: Everything was perfect, but if I have to be picky, cut the little cable Tues off the blind cords, they ride up when opening/closing the blinds
