Positive: lovely room. and facilities. better that the transit hotels I normally stay in
Negative: collecting keys was the only odd bit. find the right post in a random car park down the road.

Comfortable stay in great location
Positive: Comfortable bed and couch. Clean and well equipped. Easy walk to Westfield, bus station and hospital. Great communication.

Negative: Everything was perfect, but if I have to be picky, cut the little cable Tues off the blind cords, they ride up when opening/closing the blinds
