@Modern 2BR City APT with Lake Views, Pool & Gym

Positive: lovely apartment, great size. Washing machine and dryer, TWO bathrooms for two bedroom which is great for a family and privacy. Lovely view of the lake and lots of ameneties. Parking included and good location. Negative: only one key, and only four pairs of cutlery which can be annoying

I highly recommend this place as a wonderful place to stay on holidays. Positive: This was the best place we stayed in terms of nibbles left for us at our airbnb's. Organic oats for breakfast, a litre of milk, some cans of pepsi and some potato chips. The apartment is new, clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Two bathrooms which is great for two couples staying together and a washing machine/dryer which is also excellent when travelling. Free parking too. Negative: We had a little difficulty finding the lock box. Easy to find if you go to the right area/carpark. There are a lot of carparks in the area so make sure you go to the right address. Also do a test run on getting in and out of the building if you have a car. You will need the fob key to get the car out, then return the key to the apartment before making your way out of the building. I had difficulty getting back into the apartment from outside in terms of finding the lifts back upstairs. They are not well signposted. We also found the smaller bedroom had lovely bedding but with the door closed it ended up a little too hot for sleeping even with all heating turned off. Shows how well insulated the place is.

Overall an excellent experience. Positive: A very well located apartment and a new build. Has parking and the Cinema Room was an additional bonus. I can recommend this property.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Positive: Very clean, great location! Negative: We would have loved if the main bedroom had a king bed.
