Positive: The location of this apartment was exceptional. It was very well appointed and clean, and surprisingly bigger than shown on the advertising. Being located in the CBD meant that everything was within 6-10 minutes away by car,( parliament houses, the mint, NGA and the war Memorial), and having secure on-site parking was a huge bonus.
Negative: Would have liked to have had a second TV in the main bedroom but that's just me wanting to be spoilt.
