A Disappointing Stay with Several Issues That Fell Short of Our Expectations Positive: We really enjoyed the location of the property, as it was within easy walking distance of most places, with only a 5–10 minute drive required to reach many of the local sightseeing attractions. The facilities, including the gym and yoga room, were also excellent and a great feature of the property, particularly given how new the building is. Negative: Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay that were disappointing. When we arrived, we followed the instructions provided, but two pages had not downloaded successfully. This resulted in us entering the wrong lift and building and being unable to find our way out. We had to call the mobile number provided, and the person we spoke with then had to contact someone to assist us. Once we reached our room, we were also disappointed with the so-called lake view. Instead, our view was largely of the wall of the neighbouring building, which also blocked the sunlight from entering our room. We contacted reception about this and were told that the matter would be raised with management and that someone would get back to us. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a response. The lift was another concern. It was so unreliable that each time we used it, we were unsure whether we would get stuck inside, which was quite unsettling. We were also told that there was a pool, but this was actually located in the neighbouring building, on the seventh floor, and was not heated. This was not what we had expected from the information provided. The presentation of the room itself was okay, although a rug in the television seating area would have made the space feel more comfortable and inviting, particularly as the tiled floor was quite cold. Having only one key was also inconvenient. If one of us went out, the other had to remain in the room to let them back in. We were also concerned about what would happen if the key was lost, as we did not feel confident that the contact number we had would be able to provide reliable assistance. Finally, there was no information in the room about local sightseeing, dining or shopping recommendations. Some basic information about the local area would have been a useful addition for guests.

Not worth the trouble - stay elsewhere! Positive: Clean and spacious apartment in good location. Negative: Check in process was like completing a task on the Amazing Race - the key was in a lock chained to a tree in the parking lot, then it was impossible to find the right parking bay and entrance. Took an hour of stuffing around to get in. Apartment had a microwave but no microwave safe dishes, and there was no iron or ironing board. Not possible to store luggage either.

Perfect for a short stay ( we did 3 nights) Positive: Very central to great restaurants and very secure parking. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning made it very warm and cosy. Negative: Everything was more than adequate. No complaints.
