Lovely
Positive: The great location for Canberra, light rail only 5 minutes walk away. Lovely quiet location. Quality new building, quiet neighbours, lovely brand new apartment and features. Very thoughtful apartment
Negative: Kitchen bin not emptied, nor the dishwasher. No instructions to access the rooftop terrace which was actually in the next building.

A lovely apartment in a great location.
Positive: The apartment a short walk to the Dickson shops and a quick Uber ride to most places in Canberra. The interior is neat and clean. Excellent showers. The small treats were a lovely touch.
Negative: The traffic noise from Northbourne Avenue.

Positive: The Complimentaries... those were really thoughtful.
Negative: Just one thing! The extreme hot water in the kitchen sink, could be regulated especially with kids around.
